I found this image on a polish website. I translated the forum that it was on via google translate and basically it is debatable whether this set exists at all. But it is a cool image :D
It is possible that this was a fake box. The type face is different than the rest of the Bionicle typeface on the rest of their boxes. I wish I had a better image of this because it looks like I could make this easily out of Brutaka and Carapar
You can see it is fake because of the distortions on the Brutaka symbol, man i wish they would of released, Brutaka started my titan building adventures...
In my oppinion, Brutaka is just as cool as Axonn. I would've got vezon and fenrakk with axonn if you got them for free because of the value. Brutaka is the same price as Axonn
This is actually a real set. It doesn't look like it, but it is. It was a limited edition set so it is really hard to find out where to buy it nowdays. If you know the storyline well enough, (if you don't, try searching for it at biosector01.com) it says that he was mutated by Pit Mutagen after he was banished to the Pit after breaking Mata Nui's law. So this is the set that shows him mutated. Later when Mata Nui recreated Spherus Magna, he returned Brutaka to normal. (I don't mean to give a lecture)
I still believe this is an actual set, but when I searched the set code 8899, the lego racers Gator Swamp came up. But still, it's limited edition, so that kind of makes sense because it was only sold in 2007.
This is NOT a real set, it's an MOC I made a while back and photoshopped as a joke. Search my username on BZPower or Brickshelf to find the original images.
